Background
The easement is basically a small 6' X 17' easement for the placement of an electrical transformer needed for the Palace Theater's
construction project located across Rock Street from said easement. The easement will be located near the parking lot along the North side of Third Street, across from Williamson County's above ground parking garage (see diagram in Exhibit A of Easement).
