Discuss and take appropriate action on Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project, P323, Change Order # 7 from American Constructors in the amount of $95,783.00 for landscape and irrigation installation buyout which fulfills the original design intent. This change order is being funded out of the landscape allowance.
Background
Change order to accept the award to the highest grade for landscape bids from subcontractors and for agreement to fund out of the landscape allowance. The landscape allowance was created knowing that this scope of work was not going to be part of the original subcontractor buy-out package.
