10:00 AM – Hold Public Hearing regarding the setting of the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 in relation to the Williamson County Health Care Participation Program and establish how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent in accordance with Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code and the Williamson County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures.

This Public Hearing was advertised in the Williamson County Sun on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in accordance with Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code. 

Pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code, as amended, the Commissioners Court will conduct a Public Hearing to discuss the setting of the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 in relation to the Williamson County Health Care Participation Program pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code.  Representatives of local nonpublic hospitals wishing to be heard on these matters may appear before the Commissioners Court at the public meeting.  The public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular public meeting of the Williamson County Commissioners Court.  At the public meeting, the Williamson County Commissioners Court may discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 in relation to the Williamson County Health Care Participation Program pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code.
