Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2017 donation dollars for the Parks Department.
Background
The Parks Department received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2017, $4,379.61 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2017 donations to be spent in 2018.
