Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2017 donation dollars for the Mobile Outreach Team Department.
Background
At the end of the Fiscal Year 2017, $426.79 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2017 donations to the be spent in 2018.
