Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB # 1710-197 Brushy Creek Trail at Champion Park to the lowest responsive bidder Westar Construction and authorizing the agreement to be executed.
Background
Purchasing solicited bids for the Brushy Creek Trail at Champion Park and received four (4) responses. After evaluating the bids received, it was determined that Westar Construction was the lowest responsive bidder and is being recommended for award by the Parks Department for the base bid only. Total contract amount $218,115.23.
