Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development. It consists of 63 single family lots, 2 open space & DE plots, 2 WWE lots and 2,233 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a bond in the amount of $1,034,675.89 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
