Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding agreement with Charter Communications Operating, LLC d/b/a Spectrum for internet and cable TV services at the new EMS station (at 2721 Sam Bass Rd.) to support county operations.

Background

This agreement is for Internet and TV service at our new for our EMS station on Sam Bass Rd. Legal would like to note that the vendor is not willing to modify their contract to County standards. However we have limited options from service providers and the service is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled anytime.
