Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Business PRI Private Switch Agreement for 9-1-1 Emergency Service with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District to support County technology operations.
Background
This is a renewal agreement (this time with the District instead of CAPCOG) to enable our telecom manager to provide the correct call information to the 9-1-1 system for County telephones. The small cost is budgeted each year, and allows our staff to enter the information ourselves to provide the correct location information for each number.
