Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action for approval of Access Agreement between Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Big Fish Entertainment LLC to be a part of "Almost Live" multi-part series including authority for Sheriff to sign same.

Agreement with Big Fish Entertainment is to be a part of a television series entitled "Live PD". The multi-part series, Almost Live, will look at law enforcement in America as never before seen on TV. Many police departments across the country in an effort to encourage transparency and communication have instituted "Live tweeting" from patrol units to the community. Live PD will be an extension of this close to real time communication and outreach efforts.  Agreement is to film, video-tape, photograph and record the WCSO personnel and the situations they encounter and/or become involved in. Each week will be broadcast "Almost Live" from patrol. The ride alongs will capture the "real-time" perspective and diversity within the department and the City. Episodes will feature pre-taped packages that will further showcase the deputies, the work, the locations and the departments. The embed commitment is for 8-12 weeks.
