Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding the proposals received for RFP 1708-179 Electronic Payment Processing to Tyler Technologies and Certified Payments.

Background

After concluding the evaluation process and receiving ten (10) proposals through the County's online bidding site (Bid Sync), the evaluation committee is recommending award to Tyler Technologies and Certified Payments.  The evaluation committee recommendation letter, evaluation scoring spreadsheet, and cost analysis are attached.  Contract duration for Certified Payments will be for a period of twelve (12) months from date of award with three (3) renewal options in twelve (12) month increments subject to Commissioners Court approval.  Initial contract duration for Tyler Technologies will be for three (3) years from date of award with automatic annual renewals unless either party provides ninety (90) day written notice not to extend.
