Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1711-205 Concessions for Expo Center to the sole proposer Heartland Food Group, a division of East Pointe Holding, Inc. 

This RFP was distributed to over 100 vendors, 29 of which viewed the RFP solicitation documents. We received one proposal from a food and beverage concession firm that was trained, experienced, and qualified in providing professional food concession services. The concession services will be performed at the Williamson County Exposition Center located at 210 Carlos G. Parker Blvd. NW, Taylor, TX 76574. The initial term of this contract is three (3) years with two (2) annual renewal options.  There is no cost to the County as this is a revenue contract with the County's commisson being 20% of the Gross Net Sales.
