Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Services Contract between Williamson County and Mtech Comfort Systems USA for Installation of HVAC Units at the Historic Courthouse in the amount of $142,330.00 per TIPS contract # 1032615 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This is utilizing the TIPS contract# 1032615 and is for the HVAC condenser and evaporator coils replacement at the Courthouse. Two original documents were submitted to the County Judge for signature. This purchase will be charged to the General Fund line item for Williamson County Courthouse Improvements.
