Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on granting a twenty foot utility easement to Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. in order to provide additional electric service to Williamson County's real property located at 1407 U.S. 183, Liberty Hill, Texas.

Background

Operation Liberty Hill is in need of a PEC Easement agreement to extend the existing overhead power and upgrade the electric service to the two story building they are leasing from Williamson County. The upgrade in power services will improve the current and future electrical needs of Operation Liberty Hill and their food bank. Dale Butler and Gary Wilson visited the site and verified the pole and down-guy wire location that was staked by PEC.  This easement will have no cost to the County, as Operation Liberty Hill will pay all costs.  A copy of the PEC quote and Utility Easement are attached for reference. The agreement has been reviewed by Hal Hawes.
