Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of a donation to the Williamson County Animal Shelter of (1) 2006 Bass Cat Boat, (1) 2005 Mercury 150 horsepower motor and (1) 2006 Bass Cat Trailer from Deborah Lea Thomas pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 81.032.
Background
Donation has been made with the intent to direct sale proceeds to Animal Shelter funds. Estimated value per NADA ranges from $8,955 to $10,210 dependent on condition. All three items will placed for auction through standard County procedures. This language is a correction on Item #11 of the 1/09/2018 agenda. The previous agenda item did not specify all components of the donation individually (boat, motor, trailer) which are required for registration and titling purposes.
