Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Three Party Agreement by and between Fuquay, Inc. (contractor), Williamson County (owner/developer), and Atmos Energy Corporation; and a Construction Agreement between Williamson County and Fuquay, Inc. relating to the construction of a gas line and related appurtenances for the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project.
Background
Atmos requires that a three party agreement between Atmos, Williamson County and the construction contractor, Fuquay, be executed setting forth the terms that Atmos requires in relation to construction of the gas line and appurtenances. To further set out the terms and conditions relating to construction and to provide for the county's standard construction terms and conditions, a construction agreement between Williamson County and Fuquay is necessary.
