Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Bluefin Payment Systems, LLC and Williamson County for Payment Processing Services and the purchase of two (2) card swipers for $125/each, to support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for Payment Processing to support daily transactions of the Animal Shelter. Bluefin is the exclusive payment processing provider for Pet Health's PetPoint software currently utilized by the Animal Shelter.  Bluefin allows the credit card payments to be linked into PetPoint for receipt creation which will eliminate steps in the payment process. While there is no cost to the County for the service, there will be a 2% convenience fee for the public when utilizing Bluefin. However, the County will bear the cost of two (2) card swipers of $125/each. Funding source is 01.0545.0545.003011, FY2018 budget.
