Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities for the items paid for by the City of Austin. Changes to the final quantities on the project were the result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. All final pay quantities were reviewed and approved by the City of Austin.
