Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order #42 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of ($44,494.00) to receive credit for asphalt paving that was removed from the original scope of the project. This change order is being credited back to the Owners Contingency.
Background
The scope of asphalt paving removed from the project was Owner directed and it was mutually agreed upon by the Owner and Contractor to remove it from the project.
