Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase of Ice Maker from LoneStar Restaurant Supply for the new Sheriff's Office Training Facility, in the amount of $2,569.00, and asking the Commissioners Court to waive the three (3) quote requirement as required by the Williamson County Purchasing Policy.

Background

Please see attached quote for details.  The Williamson County Purchasing Policy as approved by Commissioners' Court requires three (3) written quotes for purchases in excess of $2,000; this purchase would be an exception to that policy.
