Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on temporarily closing the following roads during the stated times for Stalwart Films to shoot a TV series for AMC Television: 1. CR 434 Bridge between CR 436 and CR 438 South East of Thrall on March 13, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 14, 2018 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and March 15, 2018 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 2. CR 438 between CR 434 and FM 112 South East of Thrall from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. on March 12, 2018; and 3. CR 366 between Chandler Rd and HWY 29 North West of Taylor near the San Gabriel River Crossing from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on March 12, 2018.
 

Approval from adjacent property owners has been obtained by Stalwart Films at the request of Commissioner Madsen.  The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has been contacted regarding the hiring of off-duty deputies to assist with the road closures if the closures are approved.  Stalwart Films will provide insurance and name Williamson County as an additional insured.  Stalwart Films traffic control plan has been reviewed and approved by the County Engineer’s Office.  Attached are notifications for the closures with maps.
