Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 46, to the Agreement between Williamson County and J. T. Vaughn Construction, LLC, in the amount of $1,350,000.00 for the acceptance and funding of the Fuel Station and the required additional days per ASI-039 in relation to the Williamson County North Campus Project. This change order is being funded by the reserve spending budget for capital projects which was approved on October 17, 2017.
Background
This change order is for the approval of the balance of funding needed outside of the original GMP Contract and the Buyout Savings, which together will fully fund the construction of the Fuel Station. The total cost for the Fuel Station construction is $1,485,504.00. The amount of $135,504.00 which is not funded by this change order, will be funded through Buyout Savings found within the original GMP budget. The Fuel Station final design is specified in and based on ASI-039.
