Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 3 to the North Mays Extension (Paloma Drive to Oakmont Drive) contract between Williamson County and LJA Engineering, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P224. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The contract amendment allows for the Supplemental Work Authorization to change the existing PS&E scope from 2-lanes to the ultimate 4-lane design within the same project limits. This will match the revised ILA being developed with the City of Round Rock where the City will pay the difference in construction costs and the County will pay for the change in design.
