Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Bagdad Road at CR 278 contract between Williamson County and Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P438 Bagdad Rd at CR 278. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The PSA is being amended to cover tasks and costs that were not included in the original scope to include bid phase services, construction phase services, and roadway landscaping. Amendment also adds rate categories for Design Workshop, Inc.
