Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on moving Employee #14069 from the L chart to the B chart.

This item is on the agenda as an exception for retention of employee #14069. This employee came in from the outside originally and due to internal guidelines was placed on the L chart at a midgrade level. This action placed this  management level employee at a pay rate very close first line level employees. This exception would allow movement onto the B chart and a remedy using existing salary savings will adjust this employee into the range with like employees within the organization. This move is consistent with prior approve changes.
