Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Juvenile.
Background
The Juvenile department recently had three youth escape from the facility. As this situation was investigated, multiple issues were uncovered to include locks not working properly throughout the building. Additionally, Sheriff Chody sent a group of officers over to walk the facility to conduct a vulnerability/threat assessment where areas of concern were identified. These modifications will correct issues noted/identified.
