Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Add-On Quote for the Crime Lab module to the law enforcement records management system between Superion Data Systems, Inc. and Williamson County and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This is an add-on module for the Sheriff's Office to add the Crime Lab module to the Records Management System (RMS). This is a budgeted item under Technology Services' operating budget. The cost is $9,500 and the annual maintenance is $1,152/year.
