Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Presidio Network Solutions Group and Williamson County for XMedius Software per TIPS Contact # 1071615, in the amount of $21,408.36, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for the replacement of the current Right Fax software that is now 10 years old. The XMedius software is more cost effective to purchase and maintain than the current Right Fax. This will help Williamson County replace traditional fax machines and analog fax lines with software. The department point of contact is Richard Semple. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.005741. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
