Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the proposal and service agreement between Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC and Williamson County in the amount of $150,096.76 for the purchase and installation of equipment and $1,745.00 for preventative maintenance, pursuant to BuyBoard contract # 482-15 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Ford AV is the vendor that the IT department selected that designed, installed, and services the original Crestron AV equipment. These are cost effective enhancements to our existing system to improve the functionality in the Emergency Services Operations Center building and to the Emergency Operations Center. Point of Contact for this project is Michael Wright and Scott Parker.  Funding Source: 01-0100-0581-004509 and adopted in the FY2 018 budget.
