Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB # 1803-220 Crack Seal Services to the lowest responsive bidder, RHB Construction and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited bids for vendors to provide crack seal services per request from Road & Bridge. Although distributed to a number of companies, we received only one bid from RHB Construction. The bid was reviewed by Road & Bridge and RHB Construction has been recommended for award of the contract in the amount of $350,000.00. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.003550.
