Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on granting a twenty foot utility easement to Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. to provide additional electric service within River Ranch County Park located at 1751 County Road 282, Liberty Hill, Texas.
Background
As a part of Phase I development for River Ranch County Park, the county needs to extend the existing overhead power to service the maintenance area and park residence.
