Background
This is the next section of the Business Park at Brushy Creek development. It consists of 23 lots and 3,433 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,821,763.90 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
