Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector.
Background
The Round Rock tax office needs to replace file cabinets at five employee stations and one lateral file in the drive thru area. The current cabinets are old and are not able to lock as required for storing license plates or other items of monetary worth. The lateral file cabinet is broken and cannot hold the cash count machine that is needed for staff to process payments.
