Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the North Mays Extension project, a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 1.
Background
The North Mays Extension Project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construciton. A TCEQ Agent Authorization form is required to authorize an employee of Kennedy Consulting Inc., a sub-consultant to the design engineer, to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
