Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging the Purchasing Department monthly report of asset dispositions through Destruction for the period of 5/24/2018 through 6/20/18.
Background
Please see the attached list which shows all assets for destruction approved by Purchasing from 5/24/18 through 6/20/18. This shredder was smoking and running very hot and it was decided that destruction would be safer than auction.
