Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an Interlocal Participation Agreement between the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Energy Cooperative and Williamson County for participation in a cooperative purchasing program as allowed by Texas Local Government Code Section 271.102, and authorizing the execution of the agreement and related addendum.
Background
Joining the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Energy Cooperative would allow Williamson County access to discounted bulk fuel pricing. Funding for fleet fuel purchases comes from 01.0882.0882.003301.
