Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of a change to the contract for the Ready EOC App with Quick Series Publishing to modify the annual performance period to align with the County's budget year.
Background
This contract, for the Wilco Ready mobile app, was established at near the end of the budget year in August of 2017. Modifying the performance period to better align with the budget year. This change will allow for a new contract period from November through October. The 2018 performance period will be prorated from August through October.
