Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Hygiene Products for Jail, contract 1704-160, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of department approved unit price increases for the contracted items, per the attached pricing sheet, for the term of July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019.

This is the first extension for this contract.  The Corrections Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on this Contract, and requests to renew for the first renewal period.  This contract has been operating under the Survivability Clause for contract extension, pending receipt of vendor revised renewal contract forms required for Commissoners Court signature.  This was approved in the FY18 budget per line item 0100-0570-3009.
