Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park Additional Facilities Project, Change Order Numbers 1-3 from Falkenberg Construction Co. in the amount of $31,962.00 for additional trenching and a manhole to reach existing waste water line; for additional water line for restroom number 2; and for third party testing services for restrooms and storage building. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Construction Contingency.
Background
This change order funds additional work that is necessary due to unknown conditions, contractor clarifications, and supplemental instructions provided by the design team.
