Background
This Line Item Transfer is to supplement funding for the upgrade to the NICE Recording System used by Emergency Communications. The costs for this project exceed the original budgeted amount. This is a result of changes in available software for the system with associated cost increase.
This is approved in the current FY18 budget in line 0100-0581-005740 (Computer Equipment > $5,000) as the NICE Screen Capture item in the amount of $202,935.00.
