Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Clerk's Office.
Background
Included in the FY18 budget is the purchase of the ijury software from Tyler. The amount quoted at the time was $24,200. However, costs have increased and the purchase will be $27,179 causing a shortage of $2,979. Funds remaining in the District Clerk's budget are not ample to allow a transfer.
