Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the Center for Archeological Research Governmental Agency Curation Agreement, for archeological collections (field records and photographs) obtained as part of the Texas Historical Commission permit process on CR 176 at RM 2243 project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct 3.
Background
The Texas Historical Commission requires that as part of the Environmental Due Diligence Investigations, any records are to be kept by the Center for Archeological Research. Upon completion of the permitted project, a copy of the final report will be provided per 13 TAC 26.16 and 26.17 for their records. If any specimens are obtained, an updated Agreement will be required.
