Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving merit and/or COLA for the FY19 fiscal year.
Background
If approved, merit can only be awarded to an employee following a performance evaluation and the employee must have been in their current position for a minimum of 90 days. The maximum merit that can be awarded is 5% per employee per fiscal year.
