Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ # 1706-171 A/E Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Renovations to the most qualified respondent KGA Architecture and authorizing execution of the Professional Services Agreement and related Work Authorizations.

Background

Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for A/E Services related to the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Renovation Project. Four (4) responses were received and evaluated by the evaluation committee. After the initial evaluations two (2) respondents were selected for interviews. Interviews were held and the respondents were again evaluated. KGA Architecture was selected by the evaluation committee to begin contract negotiations. Negotiations were held and an agreement was developed with a not to exceed amount of $950,000.00 related projects will be assigned by work authorization. Funding Source P434.
