Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector.

This request is to provide funding for a scanner placing personnel records into Laserfiche, a television in the Round Rock Annex lobby, and a portable projector screen. With the scanner purchase, this provides the opportunity to scan previous, and future personnel documents into Laserfiche and allow the Tax Assessor/Collector's office closer to becoming paperless. The television will be used to inform lobby customers where they are in the queuing system. And the portable projector screen will be used for training the public on items related to property tax and motor vehicle issues.
