Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on agreement between State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) Policy Committee and Williamson County.
Background
Williamson County is the fiscal agent for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning organization (CAMPO). The current agreement with the State of Texas and CAMPO was signed in September 2016 and has an expiration date of September 2021. TxDOT would like all the MPO's in the state to be on the same timeline and therefore has sent out a new agreement that would expire on September 2024. There are no other changes to the agreement other than the expiration date.
