Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order #62 in the amount of $19,344.00 to fund additional labor made necessary by the fire watch protocol and equipment rental for the fire system pressure fix, which was executed by Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is to be funded by the Construction Managers Contingency.

This change order is to fund labor cost associated with the 24/7 mandatory fire watch protocol during the time of low pressure readings for the fire suppression system and for equipment rental cost incurred for fixing the low pressure issue.
On September 6, 2016, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders for the Agreement for Construction Services with J. T. Vaughn Construction, LLC in relation to the Williamson County North Campus Project for any increase in costs up to a total maximum amount of $30,000.00 in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code – Changes in Plans and Specifications. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
