Background
This is the next section of the Siena development. It consists of 115 single family lots, 1 drainage lot, 2 landscape lots and 6,053 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $63,104.80 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
