Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognizing Williamson County Human Resources as a recipient of the 2018 Texas Association of Counties Best Practice award, as well as recognition from the Public Risk Management Association for Outstanding Achievement for a Public Risk Management Product.

Williamson County was selected as a of the recipient of the 2018 TAC Best Practice award recognizing the electronic incident form. Human Resources collaborated with IT to develop and implement an innovative and cost-effective approach to internal incident reporting, regarding auto and property damage. This form has streamlined the incident reporting process and has significantly improved the organization of data, timely submission of incidents and the communication of information.  Rick Avery is presenting Williamson County with the Best Practices Award from the Texas Association of Counties, today. This form was also recognized by PRIMA, a national public risk organization.
