Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the County Jail Department.
Background
This is for equipment that needs to be replaced due to the water damage at the Jail. It is being covered by insurance proceeds. There are still some items that we are pending quotes on. One more budget amendment will be done to account for those items.
